Numbness in my right index finger tip

It's been like this for a few months now, I thought it could be anxiety but i'm worried it could be worse, I thought this numbness was over.

Does anyone else have this? Should I be worred?

Don't worry its only Paresthesias, basically numbing or tingling of the hand and fingers.
I get it basically all the time.
It is anxiety related.
If you want to get rid of it then you're probably gonna have to deal with the anxiety.
You'd need only go to the GP if you sustained a serious injury to the finger.
