Hi All,just thought id write a few lines to say things are getting better.I saw my doctor during the week who explained to me that id got myself in a viscous circle keep thinking about it all that was happening thus increasing anxiety.I was thinking i couldnt stop them,but did realise that when i allow myself to calm down i felt better and things didnt seem so bad.Im takiing it one day at a time during the day things can be iffy but when i get home from work im so glad i got through the day and so happy to be with my family we have dinner and sit down for a cosy evening and i dont worry about it then.Love to you all Debraxx
