chest pains - please someone answer

For a few days now I have had a stabbing pain in my chest along with pain between my shoulder blades. It doesn't happen all the time and it is instantaneous, not continuous.

Just there now I was walking from room to room and got this pain again. It comes and goes, lasts for about 1 second and then leaves again but it makes me scared to move in case it comes back.

Anyone any ideas. I keep having visions of dropping down dead, or having a heart attack .

Acid reflux possibly. Anxiety. Pinched nerve.

All these hugely more probable than heart attack.

This happened to me last year. Started off an uncontroable chain of healthy anxiety that ruined my life. And I am still here!

Its massively unlikely to be heart pain, certainly no heart attack. Does your chest hurt to touch?x

This happens to me as well. It looks like it is a result of a hiatal hernia which I recently had diagnosed. I worry about heart stuff too, but definitely this type of pain does not fit with the 'typical' heart related symptoms.
