Hi my name is Tracey and i have suffered depression and anxiety since the age of 15. I have an illness phobia that controls my life on a daily basis. Yes i have some good times but the bad times outweigh them. Ive been told to pull myself together many times in my life but easier said than done and normally by people that have never suffered themselves. I chose to register on this site today as in my dark moments have spent many an hour reading other peoples fears and they certainly get me through the night. What a great site certainly makes me feel im not alone x
