I do cardio workout 3-4 times a week and while I am doing the workout ans the exercise starts getting more intense I am always fearing a heart attack. I picture myself collapsing, dying or calling an ambulance. I always managed to finish the work out I don't stop, but I end up feeling down afterwords because of my catastrophic thinking. Do you experience that while exercising?
