I have days that I feel something is just about to happen. Today I felt weird like I couldn't pronounce my words properly, I kept thinking perhaps I am going to have a stroke and felt tired. It's like I don't feel like my normal self like something is about to happen. I had a little sleep and felt better went for my daily walk and came back feeling better. What are these episodes? I try to control my anxiety but at times like these I feel like I am never going to over come it.
