Big test tomorrow

So tommorrow I fly out to South Africa for a 4 week holiday.Since I started to get panic attacks last year when I went to England for a break I guess I have a bit of anxiety creeping in and some thoughts about what If it happpens again.I am going to be positive and hopefully do okay.Am just going to have to deal with it.Have not seen some of my family in 6 years so there is no turning back.

You are right,its more of a challenge than a test.Hopefully I dont get DP on the plane like last time.Got butterflies but otherwise okay.3 hours untill departure.take care guys.:flowers:

Thanks Annie, arrived safe and sound.was a bit stressfull but glad I met the challenge.in the end what looked like a wall was only tissue paper..must remember that for next time
