Anyone else have them? I always wake up in the night and recently having trouble getting to sleep because of anxiety. Anyone have any tips?

My CBT therapist suggests progressive muscle relaxation.....I think there are some guided exercises on iTunes.

Yes I deal with this. My doctor told me to try melatonin & chamomile tea that seems to help me.
