Does anybody suffer with nausea/gagging associated with panic attacks?
I've just spent a sleepless night with my OH as she start being sick/gagging from about 1am until about 6.30am. I don't think she has a specific health issue i.e. a bug/infection as she does suffer with her nerves and being sick/gagging is a fairly common response.
To be fair she has had a particularly bad year having had to leave her job last year due to associated issues and then 2 weeks ago she lost her Dad.
The funeral is tomorrow and I've very worried how (if?) she will cope especially if she starts being sick tomorrow morning.
Can anybody recommend anything she could take to maybe dull the feelings? Will have to be over the counter as she couldn't get a doctor's appointment today.
Thanks.
