fuzzy feeling in the head

i was wondering if anyone has experienced a fuzzy feling in the head associated with dizziness been getting it for a few days now i also suffer stress and panic attacks wondering if anybody has any thoughts on this could it all be related to stress and panic

hi yes i think this is definatley to do with anxiety,i get this quite often!!!its not a nice feeling though is it?????????have you read claire weekes book:self help for your nerves???this book is great and explains the fuzzy head feelings in detail!!!
its worth buying if you have,nt already got it.

Hi,
I can relate to how you are feeling ( i have it right now and it is so horrible) try not to worry this is a common symptom of anxiety, dont let it frighten you it will soon pass.
Anxiety and panic affect our breathing and the balance mechanisms in our ears which causes the dizziness etc.

I find regular relaxation helps, hope you feel better soon x
