Well my story is bit different. I am having neuro muscular sickness with heart arrhythmia. My granny died from that sickness and I am so much in fear because of that. Attacks of heart arrhythmia are making me so scared that I am just in house and not going out.
My problem is just that I cannot make confrontational technique or just say to my self nothing will happened when that is snot true. I am sick and something can happened to me with every going out of house.I cannot just let panic go because that will cos me a hard hearth arrhythmia.
I am still mobile and I would love to enjoy life but with so much fear it is just not possible.
So if you have any advice and help please do that.
