i find that when i am outside the house and have to go shopping, i find it difficult to stay amongst a crowd, so i keep a foam ball in my handbag which i got for £1 at elc for 3 balls. i use it as a stress ball and it helps me to stay within the crowd and also remember to breathe.

Hi,its funny you should say that.When Im out I have a little cuddly toy on my hand bag,and I always find myself squeezing it in my hand.So much so its going bald.[^][^][^]
