Hi folks, not been on here for a while as I've been so busy with work. Hope you're all doing ok.

I had some fantastic news recently that my wife is expecting our 3rd child! It wasn't exactly planned but we always said if it happens it happens, so we're both delighted. Not looking forward to the sleepless nights though... :)

Hope you're all doing well and I will pop in from time to time to see how everyone's getting on. Just remember, I've been free from HA for 4 years now so you can beat this with the correct approach!!!! And without drugs!!!
