Scary sharp pains in lower right abdomen/pelvic area

I was driving home from the grocery store earlier, feeling just fine, when out of nowhere I got this intense sharp pain in my right lower side/pelvic area. Hard to described. It subsided, I chalked it up to be some nerve pain or something then about 5 minutes later it happened again. I was literally in mid yawn when it happened and it took my yawn away and made me say "OW!" outloud. That was about an hour ago and I haven't felt it since but I'm hyper aware of the area now and freaked out! What was that???

We all get pains and they never mean anything is bad.

I get crippling bowel pains sometimes then they go.

It is nothing to worry about if it was only twice and you may never get it again

Thank you for the reassurance. I'm still getting random pains but not as intense as before but I could be just more aware of everything.
