Been really breathless and got stomach ache just started I have asthma but doesn't feel like that feels like stomach feels bloated .... I've convinced myself that I have a colon tumour now I'm convinced it's so big it's making me breathless ..... I had bloods done and was vitamin D deficient and low iron which is a stomach cancer symptom . I wish my head would turn off

What did the doctor say about the low iron and vitamin d?

He gave me vitamin D tablets proD 20'000 and iron tabs

Have to go back for repeat bloods in 12 weeks

That's good, should sort it. I think a lot of women have low iron levels due to periods, or just generally not eating enough iron rich foods. I'm sure if the doctor suspected a more sinister cause, he wouldn't have just given you iron tabs.

Don't have periods I'm on the menopause

5mths ago I had the test and showed I'm in menopause offered HRT but unsure if I want it yet

I had my last one about 4 years ago and I've not had any problems like hot flushes etc, so see how it goes before HRT.

I'm going to I've read good and bad things about them , oh I get hot flushes pain the full Monty grrrrr

There are natural alternatives you could maybe look into. Also concerning the low vitamin d, I've read a deficiency can be a factor in causing a low mood. I'm no expert but boosting your levels will be a good thing I'm sure.
