Worried!

Well I haven't posted in ages but anyways, one of a small spots on my nose started bleeding, not much but still bleeding a little and I put some concealer on my nose I did try to avoid the spot but it spread onto it and covered the bleeding area, I am super super worried. My mum said it will just sting and it does sting a bit but I am panicking if anything will happen I dunno if I have done this before but :( any advice would be amazing!

Some concealers can make spots sting try getting one with tea tree in it I can't remember the name of the one that's really good if I remember I will let you know
