Hiya everyone i hope youre all well....ive had GAD, health anxiety, OCD and emetophobia for nearly 9 year now...ive been doing great over the last 3-4 year ive had my ups and downs but nothing really bad, i had a baby 2 year ago and when he was 9 mth old i started feeling a bit down so i was put on citalopram but i dont find theyve helped much to be honest :shrug: im having a bad time with my anxiety at the moment so ive logged back on as it helped alot last time :yesyes: oh by the way im leanne xx
