Red Rash on Breast

I am a worrier about health and woke up this morning and found a red heat type rash on my breast, not underneath but on the side. I have gone into panic mode as worried it is cancer and been reading about IBC which can start as a rash...I have put Sudocrem on it to see if it goes down. Has anyone else had this? I have a bad cold virus and on antibiotics and wondered if this has triggered anything but why only there?
My hubby said its nothing but have such a fear about cancer of any sort....x

I had an itchy breast for two days and it's fine now. Give it a day or two and see. Bet it will go x

I get rashes often on my breasts I've worried about IBC. Your breast would be very swollen and painful. Your breasts sometimes rub against your bra or you sweat a lot there causing a rash.
