Scared! Internal bleeding?

I stood up about an hour ago and I felt a pain in my lower right at the front of my hip.
I'm scared that i'm bleeding internally now..

Internal bleeding is my biggest fear and i'm not 100% sure of symptoms and i'm not even sure I wanna know.

I'm really anxious and I got a slight heat rush. I'm cold but it might be because its cold in my house.

I'm really really scared :(

I get the pain your describing almost daily and have done since my C-section 3years ago. I get it more if I get up to quick from the sofa or the bed. sorry not much help but wanted you to know your not alone and as I have it daily and im still here - i'd say your fine..:)

Oh and with the feeling cold - ive been feeling cold the last couple of days even with the heating on! I think it's just this time of year.

If in fact you do have an internal bleed from standing up, you would probably be the first such case known to man kind ;)
