scary twinge pain behind breastbone ...

I have had chest pains before and been to hospital for ecg / bloods and had all clear .. but all day today I have had a different pain and its scary .. really scary ... a dull twinge .. tight cramp like feeling in the same spot that lasts from seconds to a minute it woke me up at 5.30 am and has been coming and going all day ... its location is directly behind my breast bone ...
Really considering a trip to hospital but dont want to waste people's time .. has anyone else had this or have any reasons as why not to worry please ....

Hi yeah I get alot of pain and pressure in my chest ,but im so tense all the time this does not help maybe yours could be similar xx
