So I went to an optician today due to an area of visual disturbance I've been getting in my left eye for the past month (I had a normal retinal exam when it started). He said my eyes were crazy dry and inflamed, especially the left, and this was probably the reason for the vision stuff. They have been very dry and sore, but only really for a week or two. Thing is I was feeling very unwell with a condition I have when I was talking to him, so I don't think I really mentioned everything I wanted to, like that my face and head had a bunch of tender spots.
Part of the reason I was feeling so unwell is that I've barely been sleeping with all this. I'd say about seven hours the past three days, and i'm starting to get skipped heartbeats and stuff. I just can't shake the fear that something is wrong in my brain.
