Hi Guys,

I am having real trouble sleeping at night at the moment... it feels like I am waking up every hour or so... also going to toilet a couple of times a night.

My partner says she knows I am anxious when I am asleep as I shake and am breathing fast...

I am waking up in the mornings at the moment feeling like I haven't slept at all....

I have no trouble falling asleep...

Has anyone got any tips for keeping asleep! haha

I have trouble too. Make sure your not drinking caffeinated drinks too late in the day. I know this sounds odd but try eating a kiwi - my therapist suggested it and it does work. Also eating something before bed - like some toast or something, nothing sugary. This will keep your blood sugar levels up as sometimes this can wake us. make sure your not lying in bed with the TV on as this can cause problems. These are mostly things suggested by my therapist. I'm sure others will have some good advice too.

My sleeping is awful right now, even with some xanax.
It has me broken hearted to be honest.

I am at the point wer I dread going to bed as I know I will wake up with some worry.
