so anxiouse cus of dizzy spell makes me more anxiouse

Does any one fear going dizzy making u more anxious then more dizzy I hate it my anxiety as been through the roof the dizzy spell and dry eyes feel gritty and feel like they spin making me dizzy and feel sick it comes and goes within minutes but I can't stop being aware of my eyes and the dizziness xxxx

Trish I totally sympathise Ive suffered with dizziness for a year and a half now it comes and goes ,it makes me feel like im going to faint ,I try not to go out on my own it has held me back from living the life I use to ,im learning to cope with it better now but I so wish it would sod off on holiday :D
