I am at a complete low today feel physically sick
cant breath just want to run and run and run

Hi Helenas,

So sorry to hear that you are feeling that way - but please try and remember that this is a temporary feeling that WILL pass.

What is it that is specifically causing you to feel like this - just one of those days (we all get 'em) or did something trigger it.

Share it with us and you may feel a little better.

Other than that, know that you are among friends here (even though I know that these words can sound empty from a stranger).

Hey Helena,

Just remember you are not alone. We all go through phases that are pretty lousy and that is all it is. You will feel better, and i dare say you will have another low period..thats the nature of the illness. Try to focus on the good days and what made them good.

As Steve says sharing often helps. PM or email if you need to talk.

hi helena i know how you feel, try to relax your breathing down, and when it has do someting that will try and distract you it normlly helps

Hi Helena,sorry to hear your so down,Iv been feeling like this to.
Things will get better pet.Try breathing exercises or try using a paper bag it does help.

Like the others have said, you're having a low day and I'm really sorry to hear it...we all go through it and it can feel that nothing will make it better....well, it WILL pass and you will feel more positive.

You're not alone here, you can always find someone to talk to, to off load your burdens and anxieties.

My gosh you guys are all so amazing thank you all for your kind positive words,
It was a mixture of a bad day yesturday at work, cold turkey from anti depressants and general life! - and just wanting to run away from it. I went into work this morning logged onto my pc and felt sick- it was awlful- the only thing i could manage to do was log on and write how i felt. I was so busy - at lunch i managed to sneak a peak and was so moved by everybodies encouragement and kind words. Thanks
I have not had an attack for 5 days now - and dont want to provoke my thoughts to cause one. As i they freak the hell out of me.
i fele a little better this evening the day passed - my heart is in my mouth still - i feel unsettled so i am off for camomile tea and a a squart of bachs!
