Tight abdomen

Hi all, any one else feel like this in times of anxiety?

My abdo is real tight, just below my rib cage, making it hard to get a full breath, and I'm full of wind, making my lower abdo tight too.

I'm about to move 300 miles from home for a new job, which may be a cause for my current anxiety.

Anyone else ever feel like this?

Hi Limey.
I have had this for a month now.
Its driving me mad. Its particularly under my RIGHT ribs.
I hope it's just anxiety. It makes sense.. as when you are tense you tighten up xxxxx
