how many people have had a clear chest xray?

I ask because I'm going for one tomorrow for my rib pain and I'm terrified. I'm pretty sure its just a precautionary measure but would they send me for one if they thought nothing would show up?
Has anyone had a chest xray that showed up nothing?

I had four chest x-rays in my life, three showed nothing, one showed pneumonia. :)

Hi I have had 3 chest X rays , I had one to check for a hernia, one for chest and left arm pain and one at A and E just as a precaution . All three of my X rays showed nothing. All the best for tomorrow ,sure you will be fine.
