I am told I pant in my sleep.
Occasional snores but I regularly wake my wife by panting and being short of breath. She mans about it consistently, to the point I often sleep downstairs to get some respite. I don't wake up or feel ill effects although occasionally short of breath. I don't smoke and never have so not sure what causes it. Have spoken to GP who didn't really say much.
Not desperately worried but wondered if anyone had similar.
