Hi everyone hope you are all having a good day.
Just a wee bit about myself, I am Scottish and 58 yrs young and I served in the forces for 8yrs and I suffer from PTSD.....Depression.....And anxiety.
What a lucky bugger I am lol, I escaped the atos medical so may be able to help others that are worried about it. Thanks for listening :yesyes:
