first time dealing with this

So a new symptom strikes

since waking this morning my whole mouth area both internally and externally feels numb and tingly coupled with a weird pain near my left temple. The best way i can describe the pain is almost like that feeling you get when a zit is under the skin but has not popped through yet but ten times worse.

I dont know if this is serious or not could it mean a stroke is on its way or a brain hemmoraghe? (sp?)
Forgot to mention my tongue is also numb and tingly

No, not a stroke. Never heard of that as a symptom of either of those things.

When I feel funny symptom, I take a breath, then try to analyse them logically. I feel dreadful, I feel awful...but is that anxiety or real illness? Would I go to the doctors with this symptom if I was a normal person? The answer is always no, its just the anxiety playing tricks on me.

I get those symptoms with acid reflux xx
