Pain under ribs

It goes from the left side just under my ribs and around my back to the left side. It's not terrible just a very uncomfortable. Sometimes it goes all the way down my back. Sometimes it doesn't hurt at all. Wondering if it could be ibs or something. Don't want to go to dr if it's nothing. Any suggestions welcome, thank you!

I had the same problem! Mine was definitely down to IBS what I did was buy some over the counter indigestion / heart burn tablets and took one every time I felt the 'pain' within days it had disappeared. Worth a try - hope it helps! :-)
