Hi Whenever I get a cold which usually goes to my chest and causes wheezing, I get anxious that I will panic and die because of all the stresses on my body. I stop going out and it takes me days after the cold has gone to get my confidence back. I wonder if anyone can give me some advice on how to cope. Thank you.
