I've been in hospital recently with chest related stuff that was put down to anxiety. However they didn't do a tilt test and I'm worried the doctors missed something with their numerous examinations and ECGs.
My doctor took my RHR in his office last week and it was 65. Currently when lying down I'm measuring it at 80, and when I get up rises to 110.
I'm aware anxiety can cause a raised heart rate, what I don't understand is why it's low sometimes and higher other times, nor why it's racing so much when I'm standing. I know you guys can't help with medical diagnoses, but I'd like to understand if and how anxiety can do this, seemingly regardless of whether I'm anxious at the time.
