I have been on sertraline for at least 8 months now. 150 mg, plus diazepam and imovane.
I was starting to feel quite good, and then last week bam! back down again, crying, anxiety sky high, and feeling really down. Wake up in morning with huge knot.
Sometimes I just don't think I will ever be better.
Thinking about changing meds but am starting back at studying in couple of weeks after 20 years, hoping this might help me start thinking of other things and keep my mind off anxiety.
just looking for advice on switching antidepressants. I am also sick of taking diazepam and imovane as I know I am addicted to them now.
