hi
im now 4 months into my PTSD I have good days and bad
before this my blood pressure was generally ok but now after my ptsd my diastolic pressure is a good 10 to 15 points higher than before CAUSING MORE ANXIETY AS WE KNOW LOL
I keep reading conflicting info on diastolic pressure plenty on here though seem to make both numbers raise through anxiety ?? can someone confirm
also my heart rate i wouldnt say is racing when I get these readings can worry jack up your pressure but not make the heart race?
any info would be appreciated as its a tad debilitating
tks kris
