Hi there,

Lately sleep does not come so easy to me. With the result that I notice a consequent feeling of dread when it is time for me to go to bed.:weep:

Are there any useful hints that could help with my problem?

I do not take any medicine and I do drink a cup of milk before bed.

I tried to read last night but got a bit upset at the main character and had a huge fight with her in my limbo state of sleep :D

Don't nap in the day,don't go to be until you are tired,no laptop etc use for an hour before bed,make sure the room is cool and dark,try taking magnesium each night
