Hi I'm 28 from the uk . I have had anxiety and panic attacks for two months, it started off with me getting chest paiins, I've been to a&e a few times, had an ECG, blood pressure, blood tests and x-ray's, all which came back normal, it took me a while to accept it was anxiety, the past few months haven't been easy, I've had many panic attacks, I was also rushed to hospital Via ambulance as I thought I was having a heart attack. atm I'm waiting to see a cardiologist this wednesday, my gp also referred me to see a councillor and I have been prescribed medication for anxiety and panic attacks. Anyway thought I would introduce myself and tell you a little bit about what I've been going through.:)
