Constant fluttering under left breast. Heart attack!!

Scared I'm about to have a heart attack! Whinin the last hour having a fluttering/vibrating under my left boob but more to the centre!!!

It's not the same as a palpitation.

It's been said many times on this forum. If indeed you were having a heart attack, you wouldn't be posting about it on a forum seeking opinions and feedback. Of course no one here is a doctor but it does present as an anxiety related symptom.

I find coughing stops the fluttering...guarantee it works. I get it if I'm tired, anxious or if I have eaten too much chocolate!

I have this on and off, I think I have posted about it recently. I'm not sure what causes it but it always goes away. I know its a worry I am fighting a 100+ bpm heart rate at the mo. All these symptoms are very scarey!!!
