Citalopram dosage question

I am on day 7 of 10mg cit, together with diazepam 2 x2mg, 3 times daily ( though I have only taken 1 x 2mg, 3 times a day, until the cit kick in). I haven't had any side effects and am supposed to up the dosage to 20mg from tomorrow. I am very anxious about doing this and was thinking of leaving it until Monday as I am nervous of having side effects over the weekend when the doctors are closed. I am also on esomeprazole for my stomach. What do you think I should do? This is my first ever time on Anti d's so I am very anxious. Thanks x

hi jilly if you are feeling ok on 10mg i think it would be alright to wait till after the weekend to up your dose when i started cit i was on 10mg for 2 weeks before i increased

if you are worried you could call your gp for advice
