Hi just going through a major episode of health anxiety at the moment .....have always been a worrier but for one reason or another am finding everything very tough at moment and all symptoms snowballing ........
Started with I am tensing my jaw and neck which in turn is causing me to tense my tongue and have feeling that I am choking and cannot get my breath so have to keep taking deep breaths ...... Just cannot relax and am getting into a very bad catch 22 with one thing causing other problems - now feeling very tearful and cannot be bothered to do anything - have just laid around all day - any tips ???? Short of pack it up - my tongue jaw and neck feel so tense and even my tummy muscles
