Tight burning feeling in head

Hi

So I'm not sure if this is panic...

I'm feeling a really tight burning sensation at the top of my head :/. The left hand side to be precise. Not sure what it is. I'm not feeling anxious or anything. And I've been doing very well with my PAs. Only experience symptoms and not the full thing now. However this is setting me into one! Argh??? Any ideas? Is it even panic?!

I used to get this a lot. The doctor said it was HA causing it. I thought she was wrong and she didn't understand what I was telling her. However she was right and it stopped happening.
