What a relief to find this site about 2 weeks ago! Haven't posted before but have read a lot and its great to find out I'm not alone. I suffered from panic attacks at university but thought I had conquered them over the last year - until last week! Found out I was going to be observed at work and suddenly the all too familiar feelings came rushing back.
Finding this site was amazing - especially the first steps page. I found so much useful information that I even managed 2 hours of observation.
Anyway enough of me rambling - just wanted to say a huge thank you, the advice on here is great.
