Scared! Weird feeling in my right side :(

Today around about 2 o'clock I had an anxiety moment and ever since i've felt this weird feeling in my right side.
Its just under my rib.
It feels weird whenever there is a little bit of pressure is put on it and it feels kinda like something is bloated there.. but i'm not sure.
I'm really worried...
It showed up after I had some bread for lunch and I got a bit gassy too.
I'm not sure if its gas because i've never felt it before, especially in my right side...
help?

Since the start of my health anxiety I've learned that keeping certain over theccounter meds availibke at home often times help ease my anxiety.


for example

1 zertec for centered chest discomfort (I know my hearts fine but anxiety still wins sometimes) most often after an hour taking one of these it's gone.

2. Tums for upset stomach that causes nausea that causes anxiety.
3. Gas X for times like you describe of bloating or sharp pains in abdomen of trapped gas feelings.


it sounds simple but the advice my doctor gave to me was that Iif you take something and (x) Symptom goes away it's usually nothing to be concerned with. But she insists that if it worsens or doesn'tgo away after 2 weeks to come see her.
