I'm just a very negative person. I've tried not to be but it seems impossible. Do you think we are wired to be positive it negative or can we change?

I'm a very negative person rose I'll pick the bad stuff and I'll scrutinize the good stuff to see the bad stuff by we wasn't born that way was we? We where born a blank canvas it's only circumstances that have led us don't this route. I find it a lot more easy to be negative then positive I do believe it can change but how I don't no I always look for this answer xx
