Hi,

my name is Abi I'm 32, I live in Scotland and have been knowingly suffering from GAD for around 8 years.

I tend to go a few years with no problems and then all of a sudden I plummet into a period of severe anxiety, normally around 6 months after coming off my medication.

Im Hoping to meet some people in similar situations, as it's quite difficult for non sufferers to understand anxiety to this extent.

Hey there sweetie,

I suffered from Anxiety a number of years ago but a nasty virus has reared the anxieties ugly head!!!! its not as bad as it was before but awful still at the same time!

I just try and find some comfort in knowing it will pass, eventually.
