can anybody tell me what your pulse rate should be mine always seems to beating fast.

Hi

I have a fast pulse rate too,it can be anywhere between 70 and 125 which is caused by anxiety, so try not to worry hun.

Your resting heart rate should be between 60-100. It will be higher if you are stressed or anxious, or if you have a fever. Mine is usually around 72 but can go as high as 120 during the day. I used to be obsessed with it after the birth of my daughter and would constantly check it, especially after having PVC's and ectopics. Now I've learned to calm down a bit and I don't really check it anymore.

I thought it was supposed to be between 70-100 resting. Mine always seems to be around the 100 mark though....think I need to chill a little![8)]
