what the hell is going on?

intermittent teeth and jaw pain(not TMJ), intermittent heart pains that feel like crushing , pressure and squeezing at times and just a general discomfort , intermittent neck pain , left finger and arm pain, random weird feelings and feeling generally out of it , all been coming and going . why do I have all heart disease symptoms all the time, I hadn't read about these symptoms before they came. I am so pissed off at everything and everyone for letting this situation get so bad. feel weird, hot , have heart pains all the time and feel like I get more ill as time goes on. is there anyone experiences these symptoms and feel like there heart is about to give in . I can even sleep because this wakes me up

I'm sure it doesn't help to hear this from a random stranger on the internet, but much of what you describe are classic physical symptoms of extreme stress and anxiety.
