I've asked friends for advice about my health anxiety, and I've had some really encouraging feedback so far, including book recommendations.
Here are a few books they've suggested... They're not focused on anxiety specifically, but more on the aspect of suffering. I appreciate that, because when it comes to my health anxiety, I know it stems from a fear of suffering and death. So these books sound like they'll hit the spot for me. They'll be especially relevant for you if you're into a faith-based perspective:
"Walking with God through Pain and Suffering" by Timothy Keller
"Streams in the Desert: Hope for Hurting Hearts" a devotional by L. B. Cowman
"A Thorn In The Flesh" by Pablo Martinez
What about you? What books would you recommend to help deal with health anxiety? :)
