Tragic news (possible trigger)

Hey all,

I got some tragic news about an hour ago my cousins wife called to tell me that he had passed away some time in the middle of the night last night. He was only 27 years old (3 years younger than me) and she woke this morning to find him not breathing in bed next to her.

I am extremely sad but also in a very bad panic as well. I just can't wrap my head around it as he had surgery in January and was monitored to make sure they could do the surgery.
