Let it go!

Hi guys
I recently heard the song 'Let it Go' from Disney's new film Frozen and I think its a great song for portraying our anxiety. The song is about finally accepting and moving on from something she has been living in fear of. Instead of hiding what she fears she embraces it and it frees her. I think it can be applied to us and show us we need to accept and move on. Have a listen and tell me what you think :)

Totally agree.
Also the scene where rafiki hits simba over the head with his stick in the Lion King is very significant. "Ah yes, the past does hurt. But the way I see it, you can run from it or learn from it".
Disney is just fabulous.
