Burst blood vessels after taking plaster off?

I had some blood test earlier and just taken the plaster off , I did rip it fast and it's made blood vessels burst !
I've never had this before so dunno if it's normal ?
Also when my blood came out it came out really fast?!

It looks okay, they should fade away in a few days.

I'm on the 2nd day of taking sertraline and read a side effect was bruising easily so wonder if there connected.
